You are invited to join the Abhidhamma foundation class weekly, from Feb 2023 onwards for roughly five weeks' time, where I will report what I have received from my Abhidhamma teachers in Yangon Buddhist University and the International Myanmar Meditation Center from 2004 till 2009. (If you wish to know more about the lesson, you may ask me in person through telegram or WhatsApp)
