Enjoy an evening meditation in Dublin this Friday



Dear friends,

It is Easter Holidays again. May all of you be well and happy.

For those who has not plan to visiting anyone or having a night out, you may consider coming to our meditation sharing session in Dublin Center.

Spring comes, weather changes, body and mind well-being maintainable or not, depends on our clearness in view and lifestyles. There is skill we may obtain to sustain our well-being in body and in mind. We share now with you these skills, may it be long term benefit for all of us! We do it in the mean of guided meditation.

The meditation session is suitable for beginners and non-beginners.

Coral is an experience meditation, body and mind well-being catalyst who has experienced her meditation practice for five years full time in Myanmar since 2004. She shares gently in various skills through the experiences she learned from Myanmar and from her wandering and learning lifestyles.

You can come without bringing anything, just bring yourself and open heart will do.


If you wish, you are welcome to do a donation to support the transport of teacher, heat expenses and so on. or bring something you feel you wish to share with the teacher or participants, such as old clothes, or daily usage appliances, anything shareable. 

Clothing on the day:

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Dressing in layers is also a good idea.

A shawl for covering the body during meditation.

Cushion for seating are provided in the venue.

Please be seated in the meditation hall at least 5 minutes before the session. 

Refreshments, CDs and Meditation books are available for free distribution.
