Happy New Year 2019!
May all our good wishes come true!
It is the new year, and it is winter. Maybe we have holidays, or we begin to plan our work and life ahead. This is a good time to refresh our life tasks, to earn skill in cleansing our unnecessary burden for moving forward, and skill to connect body and mind for the well being of ourselves and others.
From 14 Jan to 21 Jan 2019, We are very happy to have our friend Coral Sunone to visit Stockholm. She is a learned and skilful meditation guide who shares skills in connection of body and mind for the well being of those who learned it.
Here we will list out a series of events that host sessions or workshop of meditation by Coral during the period of her stay in Stockholm.
