The meditation session is suitable for beginners and non-beginners. A meditation session is always a precious time in life, being able to be more present to the inner and outer landscapes of our lives, being guided gently by Sunone in the practices of mindfulness and compassion/metta.

A shawl for covering the body during meditation, and a pillow for seating.
