Since 2009, I have devoted over sixteen years to traveling and connecting with individuals seeking these valuable skills acquired during my training in Burma. From 2004 to 2009, I underwent intensive training in Burmese tradition meditation. The compassionate Burmese community in the Mon State, Southern Burma, guided me on this profound path. Convinced that the essence of body and mind can be transmitted, I embarked on a journey to meet like-minded souls yearning for the same transformation.
